Last Stand of Zalakhar

Ever since the dawn of time humans have been in an on and off conflict with monsters. Currently the conflict is the worst it’s ever been with an all-out war being waged between the nation of Scindilar and the war-camp of Bagrath. The Great castle of Zalakhar is what protects Scindilar from invasion, and the castle itself is protected from magical attacks by a massive crystal called the Hearth of Light. But now the monsters are attempting to attack the city and destroy the crystal so that their arch-demons can use magic to bombard and raze it to the ground. Brave warriors and builders have taken on the task of preparing defenses in front of the city to not let the enemy breach the castle walls.
